While our roots begin in 1994 with stock and flow, showroom & ED, we quickly morphed into the first hybrid agency in New England; able to successfully meet the needs of National Accounts, Projects, Hospitality and Commercial & Industrial channels as well. Today we are still the only true hybrid agency in New England.
Our HQ in Connecticut offers a level of client service unmatched by other agencies, to both our vendors and our customers. Our fully staffed office facilitates orders, provides quotations and other customer service functions. Many vendors take advantage of our 7000 sq,ft warehouse to have local “safety” stock for key accounts. Our Applications department can provide design services for new construction as well as remodel and retrofit using AutoCAD & AGI32 software. Our sales representatives have a wealth of diverse lighting experience, many of them starting in the lighting industry fresh out of school. Our reps supplement and overlap one another covering multiple territories with complementary responsibilities. This hybrid approach ensures complete channel representation.
